These Dr. Comfort shoes are labeled as diabetic shoes but are not restricted for only those with diabetes. These performance true lightweight cross training shoes has a unique arch stabilizer for enhanced support and comfort. Very hard to find these shoes in such a large size and especially in such great condition. I do not see any signs of wear with these shoes but it did not purchase them in the box.
